Very easy to build w/ included directions. Really sturdy if you tighten down the bolts after loading with records, as instructions state.
I have been looking for a vinyl record storage stand for a while, but living in a small apartment I knew I couldn't fit a huge furniture apparatus. However, wanted my records out of crates and off the floor. This ended up being exactly what I needed. Fits all the records I had in my crates and I will probably buy another one.
Came packaged very nicely, instructions were easy to follow and it was easy to put together. It amazes me how sturdy it is for a small item. I definitely recommend for any record collector.
This stand was very easy to assemble and is quite sturdy. It certainly holds the records effectively. My one complaint is that the provider dividers that are intended to keep the records from falling over don’t seem to fit exactly right and are themselves a risk of falling over. Additionally, it says that it can store 150-200 records, but based off of the fullness of my own stand at the moment with 40 records, I’d estimate it to be closer to 100. The stand itself is great, but I do wonder if I could’ve ended up with something more reliable for a cheaper price.
Holds about 75-80 records, more if you don't care how cramped they get. Assembly was easy, seems to hold the weight no problem. I wish the two dividing brackets fit the shelves better when they aren't as full. They tend to fall over and off the shelves easily as they don't have anything to secure them to the shelves.
To give you an idea of what they can hold, I’ve got a little over 200 albums on these racks. Nice quality, easy to assemble, and great looking. Super pleased with purchase and won’t hesitate to buy another in the future. Fyi…both of mine wobbled quite a bit after assembly, but the weight displacement took care of that after I loaded my albums on them. So don’t be concerned if that happens to you. Highly recommend.
